It seems that in my circle of friends, as you grow older, it is harder for you to learn new things and to actually be motivated to learn something new. This doesn’t only relate to tech - but general things in life. For me, that isn’t the case, and my simple hack for this is to be more curious than judgmental.

Not knowing something isn’t stupid - not wanting to learn new things is.
